There are so many ways you can lend a hand at SHPC!

  • Would you like to participate in actively praying for the needs and concerns of the church and our community? Become a member of the SHPC prayer chain! Contact Linda Icenhauer-Ramirez — moc.loanull@rijl.
  • Worship Band Do you play an instrument? Sing harmony? If so, you may be needed in the Worship Band! SHPC is blessed to have so many talented singers and musicians!   • Worship Choir Do you like to sing? Would you like to play a leading role in traditional worship at 11:00 a.m.? Worship Choir offers people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to sing praise to God and lead others to a closer relationship with our risen savior.   • Handbell Choir Handbell Choir meets Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm in the choir room. All age ranges are needed to play in this special group. The Handbell Choir offers music in worship once a month and for special services during Advent, Christmas, and Easter. Instrument Ensembles From string quartet and brass choir to full symphonic orchestra, different instrumental configurations are featured on a continuing basis. High school students and adults are welcome to offer their gifts in worship.   • Sound Crew Members of the Sound Crew are a vital part of worship each Sunday. Experience in live sound mix is appreciated but not necessary as long as a willingness to learn is present.
