Description: Ensures a loving, nurturing and safe environment for the youth of Shepherd of the Hills Church (grades 5–12) and their families. Responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive program of spiritual growth for middle school and high school youth. PART TIME

Weekday Preschool Substitutes
 
Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church Preschool is hiring for several substitute positions for the 2017-2018 school year. Applicants must have experience with young children and a high school degree or equivalent. The preschool meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 am-1:30 pm. Child Care Professionals
 
Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church is looking for experienced child care professionals to provide care for nursery and preschool age children during Sunday morning worship, and regularly scheduled classes and events on weekday mornings, evenings, and occasionally Friday or Saturday nights. Flexible shifts are available.
Work opportunities will be held at the William Cannon campus in South Austin.
The right candidate will meet the following criteria:
-Experience working in and an understanding of developmentally appropriate early childhood settings
-A love of children & building relationships with families in a Christian environment
-Energetic & positive demeanor
-Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
-Neat, professional appearance
-Reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred upon application. However, SHPC will provide training for otherwise qualified applicants
