As is customary, the editor reserves the right to make changes to submitted articles for space limitations, clarity, etc.

Announcements

Published: Weekly.

Contents: Small news items, short lead times. Items run for two consecutive weeks unless otherwise suggested. Items do not run more than twice - eye fatigue sets in and the item becomes 'invisible.'

Deadline: Tuesday night. Publication put to bed Wednesday noon.

Publication size limit is 8 8.5x7 'faces' (pages). Preferred size, however, is 4 'faces.' (Want to submit an article?)

Newsletter

Published: Monthly.

Contents: Informational articles, longer lead times (say, 3 months or less). Items run once.

Deadline: Third Sunday of the PREVIOUS month at midnight. Publication put to bed as soon as possible the following week, generally that Friday.

Publication size limit seems to be about 20 pp. Much over that will remove us from our current non-profit postage bracket. (Want to submit an article?)

Published: Whenever. Often Thursdays, following the Wednesday announcements.

Contents: Articles can run as long as they are current.

Deadline: No regular publication schedule. With no dedicated staff, updates are posted as time permits. (Want to submit an article?)

No publication size limit. There's a bandwidth limit as far as daily download throughput, however.
