Dinners for Eight

Want to make new friends or renew old acquaintances? Want to meet other people in the church and enjoy fellowship with them in a relaxed, informal setting?  There is a great opportunity for you to do so by participating in SHPC Dinners for Eight.

In September, October and November 2007, once each month , four couples get together for dinner. One couple is designated as the Host Couple, and the dinner is held at their home. The Host Couple is responsible for contacting the other three couples, in advance, to set up a date and time for the gathering. The Host Couple will choose the main entrée. To complete the meal each of the other three couples will bring either the vegetable, or salad and bread, or dessert. Dinners for Eight (sometimes six, or sometimes nine or ten) is a fun easy way to meet, make or renew friendships.
